Calumet Background Stand

Anyone have experience with this or any thoughts?
Getting closer to getting my studio gear in place, thought this will be a good start

It seems pretty good, and that price doesn't seem bad at all! I'm still debating if I will go with a studio setup eventually. It really will depend on my wife. If she decides to start selling on eBay, then I guess I'll be getting into studio stuff too! Lol

The price isn't bad. I would say go for it.
But do keep in mind that you do get what you pay for. It may not hold up heavy rolls of paper, but you may get away with mulsin backgrounds.

I have been using this stand for a year now. Last month I bought clips like these and they work wonders for helping to pull the muslin tight. My biggest issue with this system is how much the muslin wrinkles. I wish I had these clips from the beginning. I highly recommend them!
