Blank lens and monitor

Help! I've had my Z9 for about half a day and I've hit a big problem. Both the lens and the monitor are blank. The shutter is still working and the lens is focusing. The little screen on the top is working fine also. The menus will not appear and no amount of taking the battery out etc will make a difference. I've pressed the little monitor button on the left of the prism and checked the sensor in the eyepiece is clean which it is.

I'm really at a loss of what to do next so hope someone can help me here.

Have you tried the monitor mode button on the left side of the viewfinder? It allows you to set various monitor display options.

Yes I have, sadly this made no difference.

I've solved the issue by resetting the camera to factory settings.
