Thanks, Dawg. I have been imaging more DSO targets (nebulae and galaxies) after these. But some of them were not satisfying. So I have been studying and learning the lengthy DSO post-processing workflow and each critical and tricky step on the way... but just not there yet. Can't imagine this is the hardest part of AP.

How do you enjoy your Astro-observations and possibly your photo camera/lens setup with a star tracker for AP? I hope you had some good time as you long journeyed into the world of astronomy.
I haven't set-up the tracker yet, and I probably should since it is galaxy season. I won't get anything like what you are getting with my set-up. I just have a camera and zoom lens, which is limiting. I will get tiny DSOs. What I have discovered is that I am not as eager to be out at night when the temps drop, and they don't even drop all that much here in SoCal like they do in north Texas. If I lived in the midwest, I wouldn't leave the house during winter.
I might pull the tracker out tomorrow and see if I can set it up. We have been having clouds and rain.
