Hey all! I figured I would share my shots using the great D300s, an older but still awesome Nikon model! :D

These first few are what I see outside my apartment! lol :)

I admit my well loved Truck got the most attention! lol ;)

Thanks buddy! I am enjoying this Nikon quite a bit, as it is so much like the D300 I use to have but better! Lol :)
It is nice to have a DX to play with again, though I still love my FX Nikon's too! Lol :D

As expected look at the colors just pop! Looks like u picked up a beaut @Bill16.

Let me know when you decide you have to get the latest tech. I'll have some dough ready so you can ship that sweet piece of kit to me!

Sweet lil Chevy truck too, like it. Mine is a 2009 Ranger - so hard to get a good small truck these days!

Lol You might not want to wait on me buddy, to sell my D300s! Lol Since I plan to avoid selling any more Nikon's, you are likely to have a very long wait Paul! Lol ;)

But I must admit it is a sweet piece of kit for sure, and I am reàlly enjoying it! :D


Thanks buddy, it is a great little truck! It is a GMC Canyon 2005 and I figure I got lucky when I got it! :)

The only thing I wish was different is I would prefer it to have been a 4X4. Other than that it is great and even gets pretty good gas mileage. I think it gets close to 30 mile to the gallon! :D

D300s lacks nothing IMHO !!! Keep and enjoy Bill!

Some good shots, Bill. I think the shot of the church is the best shot I have seen you take of the church so far if it is the church across from your house.

Hey Walt buddy, what was it about this church shot that you liked better? Composition, Colors, sharpness or is it something else do you think?
I am always trying to improve, as are we all I guess! lol :)
