ball bungee cord for flash / trigger / stand

Seems like a simple quesion, but as I'm not able to find ball bungee cords smaller than 12" locally, I am turning to cyberspace.

What size ball bungee are you using to attach speedlights / triggers to lightstands or other items? 4 or 6 inch?

It looks like a tarp ball bungee I've had. I'm not sure where to find them these days, but be careful not to get too heavy a bungee version(might cause damage to your flash). But I believe you can find then somewhere tarps are sold like maybe Lowes.

PS. Length needed will vary depending on what your wrapping it around.

Yep, trouble is I can only find 12" version to try out locally. Looking to see if someone has first hand experience. I think 4" or 6" will work, just need a recommendation before ordering

my balls. Lol suggest you replace the cord. These came off a storage tent which i no longer have.

How long are those? have you tried attaching a flash to a light stand with them?
