One was missing. A lady told me it was gone. I thought she meant something got it, but then she mentioned mom and pop were protecting it. The parents were busy fighting off the grackles behind the tall grass.

Went back to Wako after supper and all the chicks were gone. Another lady told me they all fledged and she was trying to get shots of them, but they were all behind the tall grass.
