A trusted friend to me this juvie TriColor Heron and its sibling were forcibly removed from their nest by another TriColor in mating plumage. Mom did her best to defend the nest but lost. We were only able to see this one and not sure of the fate of the other. Mom tried feeding this one and the other kept attacking mom.
