AstraImage test

Just come across this software and thought I would try out the Advanced Version as a Demo. The Demo is fee to try but you can't save, so I did a screen capture of the image after processing

I took this Moon shot some time ago and used PS to get it to the best I could I was quite pleased then but .....

I processed the before image with AstraImage using the Enhance - Deconvolution - Lucy Richardson options and I think I might have overdone it a bit

Shame it only works on Windows but but have to say I am amazed at what this software can do.

You can also use it on non astro images to pull out more detail from out of focus shots.

There are lots of other goodies to try out in the advanced version so will decide if its worth buying.

That is some pretty interesting software. Expensive? I assume you could tone it down a bit, but it still looks cool.

Its between $42 and $54 for the version including PS plug ins. The Basic version is "Pay what you want" but that doesn't have any of the good stuff in it.
