If you can no longer take photos, I guess that would imply news agencies or news channels can no longer shoot/film anything. Same logic me thinks.

Wouldn't it be difficult to police and enforce? All the images on all the sites would require an army of people to trawl through them, it'd cost a fortune in tax payers money

I'm glad this was vetoed, but I can't believe it was ever proposed to begin with. Actually, that's not true; very few abuses of power surprise me much anymore.

We are incrementally losing our rights on the installment plan to an ever-encroaching nanny state. I don't recognize the USA of my childhood anymore.
