Are fine tuning setting saved in my D800?

I just finished calibrating my lenses having some BB and FF issues. Now my question is - if with e.g 28mm prime I got best result with +12 and with 85mm -6 how to enable for my camera to save these two parameters and adjust automatically according to the lens I use?

There's a database in the camera. It recognizes which Nikon lens is attached. The adjustments are saved in the database with the specific Nikon lens, and are automatically applied when that lens is attached. You should be able to scroll thru the database and see the lenses and their respective adjustments.
