Anyone using NX2 for post processing ?

I've had the ViewNX2 for some time and like it, however, I do most of my PP on Corel or another program I have. Someone here, just gave me a link to NX-D for RAW. I just downloaded and played with it a bit. It's not the greatest I've been told, but good enough to start with. That said, I have another PP program that came with some video editing software, that has more options.

You have to think that Nikon will develop a more suitable PP for more experienced users.

I'd suggest you download Photoshop CS2 at Adobe and give that a try. It's old but it still does what needs to be done. I tried Lightroom and if Photoshop CS2 is an old Corvette, Lightroom 5.6 surely has to be a Fiat Uno.

Could't locate the CS2 download at Adobe. Did find it at three third party sites and got it downloaded. Only problem, before it installs, asks for the serial number? If that's the case, sounds like an illegal download?

UPDATE: I found an article on Forbes, that states Adobe is not furniishing CS2 for free. All the websites I tried asked for a serial number. Forbes has an excellent article, then gives a link to Adobe's Creative Suite 2. You have to register, but once done, you can go to the Adobe page. It gives a list of all the free downloads along with serial numbers. It states right up front, that they no longer support these downloads, but have them for Mac and Windows. (Windows shows compatability with Win 2000 and Win XP, but not later versions, like my Win. 7. I could have downloaded the entire Create Suite 2 in one download, but want to see if Adobe CS2 will work on my machine.

Here is article with Adobe link to free downloads:

I'm using CS2 on Win7 and yet have to encounter the first problem. View-NX2 however has a habit of crashing or freezing that often they should praise the lewd it is free.

Btw, I am talking about Photoshop CS2 (version 9 if I'm correct).

OK....Just got Adobe CS2 downloaded, so will have to look for Photoshop CS2. I'll have about a half dozen programs to play with pretty quick, lol!
