Anyone ever heard of "Native ISO"?

So you're agreeing with me, you're just pointing out that it's model dependent, not brand. Where can I find out the native ISO of my D5500?

The D5500 should take its best shots at ISO 100.

Best = qualitative highest RAWs (most dynamic range, distinguishable color nuances and gray levels).

The native ISO for most cameras is usually the lowest ISO that the camera can be set to without going into the menus for some sort of special ISO setting.
