Thanks Marilynne. I appreciate that as I am sure you know that these shots can be difficult. You should see my recycle bin. It's overflowing. (and they are not even good enough for the "Almost" thread)

Watched a pair of Kingfishers flying all around the lake this morning. They never got very close to where I was standing so nothing real good here but I did get off a couple of shots. The one of them on the wires is poor but it was just a "see there were two of them" picture. It was actually just fun to listen to them rattle at each other as they flew up and down the lake. They very rarely sit more then a few seconds, most of their time is flying. Thanks Don. He just sat there watching me while I fired off about 10 shots. When I walked away I kept looking back to see if he was following me.
