Advice on Focus Peaking

Shooting in a church, and it's dark. Autofocus doesn't work well, so going manual.

On Z6III Focus Peaking, which sensitivity setting works best in dark, 1, 2 or 3?

I don't believe I have that sensitivity option on my Z5. It simply works with whatever scene I have tried. What is in focus is outlined in yellow in the viewfinder and monitor.
