Yes, just restarted and it had another update. Lets see if this fixes it.
The .2 fix didn't work for me, just another wasted hour. My problem was that LR wouldn't open more than once without a reboot or killing it in Windows task manager. It would appear to close, but it was still listed as running. I never got around to trying anything else, that was enough to make me crazy. Good luck!

Scott... did you upgrade to the newest version that was released yesterday to fix the crashes?

The new update seems to have fixed the export issue I was having, exporting 137 images now. I am using an iMac though not windows.

Good. I'll just wait for that one. I still haven't updated yet, and not going to.

Wish I hadn't.

The latest bug fix works ok for me so I will just leave it as is for now. Learnt not to be such an eager beaver.

To make things worse I can't tether my camera since Apple updated the operating system. Lightroom and Camera Control pro both don't work. Very frustrating and I can't role back the OS without a full re install of everything.

Great fun, If I was running a business I would be fuming.

I braved the LR 2015.3 update today. It works! Old import screen is back and I no longer have the problem of LR staying in memory after close and refusing to open a 2nd time. I've been running 2015.1.1 since the last bad update 2015.2.1 and the .2 fix that didn't work for me. So far, so good with 2015.3.

Who is Dave, and what's a Mac?:cheerful::p

I am Dave and yes I am on a iMac its a just big laptop.

Updated LR and now PS to latest versions.

No problems to report. Lightroom Queen site also saying all seems OK even on Windows.

Lightroom has gone back to the original import model so it feels like home again.

So don't be scared - you can do it.
