Hey guys/gals - i thought i would throw up some pics i captured of the Adelaide Hills Fires Aftermath 2015.
i am very new to photography... but i am enjoying the adventures that go hand in hand
with capturing photos...

These were taken a week after the fire was contained, and the roads were re-opened
it was a really HOT day, in the 35+c range,
the areas i shot were in and around Kersbrook, South Australia.
this fire burnt for over 6 days... destroying 12,500 hectares (31,000 acres)

anyway i hope you enjoy seeing what i saw... NIKON D7100

Very nice photos, never good to see the aftermath of such a fire but you have captured it well.

The re-growth is always good and soon will over take the hills once again.

Fire is such an interesting creature the way it will devastate one area and leave another unscathed.

Thank you for sharing.
