A very hard time for my family

Sounds like things are moving forward! :) You might want to consider a commode that fits over your toilet if you don't currently have one. It does make it easier to stand up for those who are lacking strength in their legs. Or possibly have one set up near her bed during the night. Hang in there, Bill. ;)

Glad to hear your love is doing better. Both of you are in our prayers.

BTW, how long have you been married?

Hey all! Well my love says she was told she may be in rehab for 2-3 weeks, so I thought I'd show you a few photos of the outside of Trinity home using my new Nikon 1 V1! But due to my laptop not liking this camera's raw files I took these as jpegs and used my tablet for post processing.
My love is doing well, but the rehab is a slow process. Both my love and I are impatient to be back home together, but we are living day by day to get through this.

Pretty nice pictures Bill! As someone who has had to do rehab a few times, it's the patience and motivation that got me through it. Sounds like you both have the motivation, so you'll get there!

Looks like a peaceful place, Bill. And those 2-3 weeks should probably give you enough time to get the house into shape... Unless you spend it trying to see if this photography thing is right for you ;) :D

Lol It's official now! My wife says photography is for me! During my visit today she kept insisting on my trying to get a shot of a tiny lizard on the window screen despite my protest that I was there to see her, not to do lizard photoshoot with the wrong lens no less! Lol :D
So the decision is official the I'm a photographer, my beloved says so! Lol :D

So great to hear, Bill.

Personally, I believe there's room for pancakes and French toast and waffles. Why discriminate?!

...and bacon. LOTS of bacon.

Bill, glad to hear everything is coming along nicely! Good luck in the clean up and renovation efforts as they continue. The way you approach things, I'm sure it will be perfect when your wife returns home!

Well my love is feeling a bit worse today, but she's keeping up therapy. She didn't realize how weak she has become, and that worries her. But I'm trying to brighten things up when I visit my beloved, and I think that helps. :)

Bill, both you and your love are still in our thoughts and prayers. As frustrating as the ups and downs of rehab can be, several of my friends are fond of saying "you have to break down to have a break through". Just like working out at the gym, before you can set a new personal best on weight, you'll have sore days where you can't lift your norm. Stay strong and believe; we are.
