A perfect Photograhy afternoon ...

Just got back from work and the sun is a glorious golden colour.

About an hour out from sunset and it is going to be a brilliant one and yet ...

I just don't feel motivated enough to get the camera and tripod out and go and shoot something spectacular.

Sure it will be a bit cold out there but is opening a bottle of wine and sitting on the deck to enjoy the setting sun the wrong thing to do or should I get off my butt and go shoot?

Will I regret it tomorrow if I don't go?

Probably

Enjoy the sunset and think how beautiful life is.

We only can enjoy your sunset if you get some great shots and are going share with us.

I think life is beautiful, enjoy the sunset and don't waste a minute tomorrow you didn't take a photo. The moment you enjoy never comes back, but a sunset is commi9ng for sure.

Oh well I landed up withour really recording it. I did take a few shots of flowers and the cat staring into the sun.
But hey the wine was good and tomorrow I am shooting my beautiful daughter. Now that I am looking forward to.

Next time just grab the camera along with wine and glasses. Just set the camera on the table and enjoy the sunset. Your inspiration may have been the wine glasses and bottle in the setting sun or not, just enjoy, no guilt. You seem to seeing taking pictures as work!

Difficult to find the point where pleasure is taken over by the feeling you should do it,dont think there is a right or wrong but for me if i decide not to go and shoot i always regret it when its too late to go.

Well seeing the photos you produced of the cat and the flowers I think you should always drink wine while taking photos as they are inspired. Always take the time to savor the moment as beautiful moments are somewhat rare.
