A few shots from a shoot yesterday......

This is a motorcycle stunt team in Calgary. They do shows all over Canada and the western U.S. They invited me up to take a few shots while they were practicing.

Some great shots but that is just plain craziness!!! My Dad was an orthopedic surgeon and he used to call them "murder cycles". He absolutely FORBADE us from riding on them. When I was in the 7th grade back in 1970, a friend of my was killed on his minibike when he came roaring out of his blind driveway and was struck by a car.

Hi Jack,

Honestly, only your last 2 shots of the 6 are somewhat receivable though the DOF
is out of control. On pictures 2 and 3, your flash is out of control! On shot 1, one
guy is standing almost out of the frame. And finally, your shot 4 is out of focus!

Well, at least, it looks like you had fun shooting this.

1: I wasn't asking for a critique. When you post some pictures of your own, I might consider commenting. Till then, nothing you say concerns me in the least.

2. Picture #4 IS in focus. Look at his eyes.

3. I wasn't shooting for DOF.

4. Flash is out of control?? Are you serious?
