I'll do a blockie to check the brakes.
Usually for the purpose of entertainment, but also to check that the car is performing properly after some maintenance.
Also called bog laps  or lappies .

Jeez, just checked @Fat Fingers website - lots of grooms on the wrong side... I won't comment on the terrible use of soft focus vignettes and the fact that he seems to use auto and aperture priority.... :S - maybe the MPA panel judges don't mind that but you'd think being so professional he would be in manual mode.

Not me mate ...No auto on a D810 or D800

Oh yes manual ..a bit like RAW and prime lenses used to make those who do it look important and correct ...not really required as many professionals know like Rockwell who I think sells a few pics for a few $$$$
