I got the Costco D7500 package and love it. Only complaint is the focal length gap between the 18-55 and the 70-300 mm lenses; that is a problem occasionally.

The gap between 55mm and 70mm. with a 20.9 mega pixel camera, can be easily resolved with a minor crop job or a few footsteps.

Yes, all that is true. But sometimes it isn't possible to take a couple of steps forward or back, and I have been indoctrinated to shoot full-frame and not crop ala Edward Weston, Cartier Besson, et al. But I agree it is not a major problem.
