IBM relased the 5150 first PC system. I was on Apple II+ in middle school at the time. First PC I bought was in 1990. Been PC guy since.

I was between 8th and 9th grades this month 45 years ago. Poor family, it was 1983 when I could convince my mother a Commodore VIC-20 was a good idea. If it was much higher in price than the $88 of that time I never would have it.
