Some shots from today with my new 35mm. More trees, as usual.

I'd like to add that I usually don't futz around with editing just yet. I'm more focused on taking the shots, and I can always go back later and try/learn to adjust in software later.

I don't do a lot of editing, either. I may crop, convert to B&W, and adjust exposure as necessary. Otherwise, I don't do a lot of tweaking. That is just the way I have always taken photos. I approach image editing very much like how I used to do darkroom work. That's just me.
