I'm having a difficult time deciding which is worse: That a hard working pro photographer had his hard work and creative efforts blatantly ripped off, or that his hard work and creative efforts were ripped off BY Perez Hilton. Dear gawd, it's like some kind of perfect storm of injury and insult.

I've seen a lot of people elsewhere bitching about how he's asking for too much. I'm glad people here understand the situation. Yes, he's asking for a lot of money. No, he won't get it... Which is exactly why he's asking for it.

It's like most people don't understand that you go to court and ask for a ton of money because YOU'LL ALMOST NEVER GET WHAT YOU ASK FOR. I hope Hilton loses, too. I mean, it's a thing to take images from someone without permission... And it's a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT thing to PUT YOUR OWN WATERMARK ON THEM and then not take them down after the owner talks to you about it and you agree to... That is so much arrogance and flaunting his disregard for copyright right in the owner's face.
