You assumed right - I only have one camera body and would like to avoid having to carry several lenses if I can avoid it. I'll mostly be using the lens for wedding (and general) photography, and don't want to miss a shot because I'm changing the lens.
I pray for your sake that all of the weddings you shoot are outdoors in well-lit areas.
In my wedding experience, I've been glad to have f/2.8 and better - because in a dimly lit church where you're not allowed further forward than the last pew of guests, and not allowed to use flash, 200mm @ f/5.6 isn't going to cut it. Even @ ISO1600.
