17inc MBP did I kill it?

Well after a 12 hr night shift I packed up all my gear, when the bus arrived to take me to the airport I slung my camera and laptop bag over my shoulder. BANG. My laptop landed on the ground, visibly no damage, opened lid and it started. BUT I went to process some photos after I got home and it stalled. I shut down and it started looking for start up disk. I am now at Internet recovery mode. And I am not too confident this will work...

It's the HDD one. I had to reinstall the Osx and it seems ok. But I am not holding my breath as I am sure the hdd got damaged. Luckily all but my most recent photos have been backed up.
