Rolls Royce Trent 800 change on a B777-200ER.
Good motor to go on.
This one the blue arrow points the the go part (fuel nozzle). That silver line connecting them is the fuel line. Small diameter but high pressure.
This one is the on wing engine being prepped for removal. Cowlings opened wide to give access. Lots of items to disconnect and or get out of the way.
This is the left engine, but they can go on either side. Value is about $10m. They have items all over that have time limits that are fairly long. So, they don't have to come off very often. But when they do, and go to engine shop for work. It's about $4m to $7m for the work.
