I do like this photo and believe it has possibilities. Rick's suggestions about cropping and toning down the sky is perfect. also, this is a perfect scenario for HDR. . . even 3 bracketed shots would have helped to bring some detail back to the shadows. As it is, I would definitely crop out the darkest areas on the bottom and left so that the eye is drawn to the "traveling" shadow on the wall.
Somewhere I miss something, always difficult to find though, .. a splash of colour, the shade covering a bit of "The wall".
I guess that makes a picture perfect, lots of patience to get the light just right and adding some elements creatively (e.g. asking someone to park their car there).
