‘Bombproof’ SD Card Storage

I have a trip to New Zealand and Australia coming up and have most of my camera gear in place. My weak link is storage of SD cards. I have tried hard and soft cases, waterproof (allegedly) versions, etc. and none seem to ‘tick all of the box’s’. I’m looking for:
- Waterproof, dustproof storage
- 6-8 SD card capacity
- Impact resistant (drop on the floor / squashed underfoot resistance)
- Compact and light weight (within reason)

My current inelegant solution is a 35mm film canister and tissue paper!

Try a Pelican case.

Try a food storage container - they are usually air, water, dust etc proof.
Sturdy enough to survive a fall and you stepping on it too

Get a DropBox account, and every night, upload any new photos... and don't worry about it...

Store them in a Military Tank. If you don't have a Tank, get a TuffBox.

Get the Pelican Memory Card Case. Not all that expensive for what it is and seems to meet all your criteria.

That's the same one I've been using. I can vouch for the waterproofing of it as I have had it sitting out in torrential rain & keep it in my cockpit while kayaking. I'll also be taking it with me to NZ in a couple of months because I simply have not found a better case for SD cards.
