Got a lucky glimpse of a gorgeous sky as I got home tonight. I was able to take a quick snap.

Took a couple quick snaps this morning before I left the house. This was the best, with minor editing. I need to work on composition, take a deep breath and think about my camera settings.

I downloaded a trial version of LR 5 the other night, but for the life of me, cannot seem to find any of my existing photos when trying to import. I can see photos on my memory card though. Is it not possible to import into LR once the pics are in iPhoto? I've been searching, but haven't...

Jerk chicken. Grill roasted broccolini. Mango salad. Black beans over jasmine rice.

Did dessert on the grill tonight. These are "banana boats". Just slice 'em down the middle and open 'em up. Add marshmallows, chocolate and crushed graham crackers. Warm on the grill, then serve over vanilla ice cream.

Thanks Rick! Great advice. I ran back out and snapped a couple handheld. This was the best of the bunch - a much better attempt. I'll try again tonight with the tripod. Thanks again. Jim
