I don't know of any, but there are a few emergency phones on our university campus here and there. Pick up and get connected directly to the campus police. Good backup if the cell phone is discharged or left at home.

I like solutions that don't involve spending big piles of cash. :) The D750 is a very capable camera that can serve you well for years to come. :)
