Been thinking about getting this lens. Or possibly the Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8, as I've read that either one is comparable to the Nikkor version at about half the price. Will be using one of these for MMA fights. Does anyone have experience w/ either lens?

Do you have Photoshop? Same photo w/ some enhanced and gritty details. Sorry for the low quality of this one...the halos usually don't appear unless altering a jpeg image.

2/365: Waiting for Spring I put an additional challenge on myself today. I had to find something close to home. This is a lonely tree located at the edge of a cemetery about 5 miles from my house.
