Also I should note that you will most likely need flash and a reasonable shutter speed. Please post some photos of what you are getting. This was taken today with my 90mm macro and the Raynox DCR-250. ISO 400, F/20 1/320sec, flash and homemade diffuser.

Been awhile since I posted in here, so here is a fly from today.

And this is Hector, it always builds up off the Islands which is 100km's away unfortunately you cannot see the lightning from here.

I had my camera in bulb mode, ISO 100, f/4.5 - f/11. As it states these were handheld and is doable "if" there are no street lights or stationary lights etc otherwise these will show up all movement. Not sure how many sec this was as all I did was hold my finger on the button until there was a...
