Thanks. This is different. I'm not setting the camera to the highest shutter speed. Last time I used it I turned it off at 1/1000th of a second, and when I turned it on it was at 1/16000. Wondering why it is doing that

I noticed if myZ6III is set on shutter priority that every time I turn it on it defaults to the fastest shutter speed. Not a problem, I just reduce it. Is there a setting to avoid this? Thanks.

Went to zoo, first shoot with new Z6III. I had exposure compensation on 0, photos were dark. Was overcast, shooting outside. Shutter priority, auto ISO. Shot white birds. Adjusted 1/3, still dark. Had to go a full stop over to get good exposure. Walked around, shot elephants, was overexposed a...

I want to change U1 from aperture priority to manual so I need the selection from the dial. I want to copy U1 back to the "main section", chamge to manual, and save.back to U1. Is this possible, and if so, how?

Camera is set for RAW (Photo Shooting Menu, RAW, Lossless). When I go to the memory card on computer there are no RAW files, just JPEG. Am I missing a setting?

I figured it out.

I was able to create one connection. Went in a day later to create another. Went to Nikon Imaging Cloud, Wifi settings, search for wifi greyed out. Tried it anyway got "this option not available at current settings or in the camera's current state. What do I need to change?

That was it. I never use AF-S. I guess the camera comes from the factory that way. Thanks!

Just got the Z6III and playing with settings. 3D was working, now cannot put it in that mode.Option not available current settings or state. What settings prevent it from being used?

Z6III, error on camera Unable to Connect. Phone shows its scanning. Paired a lot of sevices on phone so I'm OK there. Ideas?

I ordered an external battery charger for Z6III battery, and to my surprise it came with 2 3rd party batteries. First Power brand. I've never used 3rd party batteries with any of my Nikon cameras. I know they don't charge in camera, but I don't plan to charge that way. Any gotchas to using...

I just received my FTZ II, and can get one cap off (one for camera side I think) but can't get the other one off. There is a slide switch but depressing that does nothing. Am I missing something, or am I just too old? :)

Do I need the EH-7P or EH-8P, or can I use a USB charger that I use on phones and other USB devices? I'm wondering if the voltage is different, or if the Z6III requires more amperage.
