Not a great shot under the poor lighting condition. But can anyone id this bird?

Hi Dawg, I hope you don't mind, but I took this shot few nights ago (trying to catch the very last glimpse of the MW with no luck:( -- a cloudy day and night). A little show of your mention did hanging up there though.
