More playing with the D700. This time some birds from the porch - First a little woodpecker after my peanuts in the feeder.

Had some pretty good storms roll through last night. It was a beautiful day until about 5:00 and the clouds came rolling in out of the northwest. After the storm a double rainbow... just before we lost power :)

More D700 Photos today. Went with the Children's Cross Training Group from Church. Fishing is good. Kids had a blast. Good fishing weather but it was pretty gray and overcast.

More of week 14 trying out the D700. This is with one of the lenses included. Lousy day, but some storm clouds. Just wanted to try out the 24 mm 2.8D would do. I got some decent storm clouds. I need to play with it some more.

Week 14 will just be playing with the new camera. Trying to get a better feel for it. I am getting used to the controls and finding and adjusting to the differences between the D700 and D7200. I do like the way it is going so far.

Week 13 I did some sunrises this week but did not get out much. I included 2 photos of Jersey Girl with the D700. I think I am going to like this camera.

I purchased a new to me camera this last week. Got here today. A dear friend sold me a D700 with two D lenses, 50mm 1.8 and a 24mm 1.8, along with all the necessaries to start shooting. It came today and if the weather breaks I will be trying it our a bit. Not the best staging, but it will...

@kingtnt, Iso sensitivity is set in the "shooting menu". If you look at page 99 of the menu it will walk you through the steps to set it. It is a selectable value in a table.

Week 12 is just a collection of this and that.
