My first hummingbird of the season and it just sat in the same spot. I was on uneven ground and took a step back and it was gone. My shooting buddy never saw it fly off.

There were a couple of tourists, their first time at Wako. They asked me if something was a gator and pointed at an object in the water. I told them if their eyes were bad, it was a gator, if their eyes were good, it was a clump of dirt. I walked about 10 feet and found a real gator.
