Taken on my D3200.

If I take a photo in RAW is it ok to change the RAW file to jpeg using the NEF (RAW) processing in the retouch menu rather than messing about with NX2? I am a lazy bugger and do it this way rather than opening ViewNX2.

Today when I take photos in the manual setting do my shots come out B & W? If i set the camera to Auto or portrait they come out as colour? I took some photos in Manual an hour ago and they were ok? Why is this happening all of a sudden?
