Went to a wedding yesterday and shot with my new 70-200/2.8 and my 50mm. Ended up shooting around 300 and only processed 130. I was only meaning to shoot a few as a gift. I also shot without a flash the whole time and was satisfied with the outcome.

I have been busy last couple months. I have been trying to work on my photo book" DONE"! Building stairs to my back porch"DONE"!! Just shot some fire works and local festivities."DONE"!!

After several years of wanting a better zoom, I finally grabbed it. I have been using two 70-300 old 3rd party lenses. I can now crop in the Nikon image and get a sharp image. So, now to play!!

Thanks to RocketCowboy I have my second 610. Since I work at the post office, I got to grab it early. Will be checking it out. Came with low miles, wu-1b, cable remote, and battery grip.

ISO a good sturdy tripod, that goes to ground level and light weight. GO!
