@Blacktop hers the roast I'm talking about On rotisserie :D small smoke box over heat Loin not on heat I cook indirect smoke box will be taken out after 1 1/2 hours the Loin will cook for another 4 hours after that on low heat :D

I got back from my Grandfathers Funeral today and while he's not suffering any more I miss him. I took these pics of his metals he earned in WWII Sorry they aren't sharp next time I see my mom I'll take better pic's of them :D RIP Grandpa

Well my Grandpa died yesterday at the age of 98. He was a WWII vet he went in through Italy when they stormed Juno Beach and I thank him for that. My Grandma was a War Bride and her and my Mom(@2 years old) came to Canada from Scotland. Grandpa met up with them after the war. Grandma passed...
