Great tit on a windy day.

Spotted this Juvenile great crested grebe today, it was a good way out, so thought I would wait to see if it would come a bit closer, Tricky bird to follow, it would dive under the water, and pop up 10 foot away from where it went in. But after 10 minutes managed to get these shots.

Had a few to pick from, but I do like this one, one of my 1st good shots with the tamron 150-600mm

Not the best shot in the world, was very windy out, and was tricky to keep the 150-600mm steady. But I like this shot, the way they all tilt their heads to one side.

These geese had me puzzled today, wondering why they was standing on one leg, so a little look on google found the answer, "Geese stand on one leg to help regulate their body temperatures"

Very pleased with this shot, taken on a very over cast day, this Jay just sat waiting till I took the shot.

Having had my DSLR camera for a while now, and I've realized I have never used the flash, the majority of the time I take pictures outside in daylight, or adjust the shutter speed for low light shots. So on your camera, What do you not use, or very rarely use.
