I just sold copies of a family portrait I took a fe weeks ago. It feels great to get my first portrait sale in. Hopefully it will lead to more. I took the pictures with my Sony A7.

And seeing that Sony will release 50 Megapixel FF cameras in early 2015 this may be one of the few lenses that can get the most out of the new sensor. That should make things interesting. Now, the problem will be as it was (storage space and lenses that work)

I know it means something along the lines of the zoom not being exactly what the zoom says. For instance, it means a 70-200 mm lens is really only zoomed to 130 or so. So a 70-200 is really a 70-130 mm lens. How would you be able to calculate what the breathing would be for different lenses?

@hrstrat57 - Great surfing pictures....wishing I had some to contribute by currently not at the beach or near one. Will be in less than a month though. Going to the Caribbean if we don't get popped by a Hurricane the last week of September. Keep on posting them Spicoli!

@jdeg.....why does my computer keep going to Nikonites, and then when I want to refresh by hitting the forum button, it continually goes back to the home page and won't let me go back to the forums unless I completely go out of the site to another website and come back in? Can you help? Thanks!

@Gorf.....I understand....and there are some that don't use filters at all as it distorts to a degree. I guarantee you can't see the difference in some of my pictures though. You'd never know.
