March 20, 2015 Painted Sunrise

Here's a sunrise from a week or so ago....needed to process it and get going this morning.....hope you enjoy!

It's the time of the year for most of us here in the US and Europe to start worrying a bit about changing lenses outdoors. The pollens are starting to get heavy where I live and I remember last year there was a lot of activity on this forum about dirty sensors. Be careful and try to change...

@Blacktop.....too many yellow and reds and black and yellows....figured I'd try something new....maybe I'll like it, I don't know.

It's good to fill the frame, but like @oldsalt advice....sometimes it just doesn't matter if your subject over runs your frame. Nice pictures Scott and Old Salt!

@rocketman122....great advice....I'll keep a copy of those directions just in case....BT will definitely be using this guide, I'm sure.

Myrtle Beach for 3 days and all I took was these 2 shots. The weather was horrible. We had a great time with friends, but not a great photography trip as I was hoping for. These are some of the attractions for families in Myrtle Beach, SC.
