    Cwgrizz's 366 in 2016

Oct. 13, 2016 A couple of shots using the 200-500mm It can be kind of tough swinging that big thing around to get a bird-in-flight. Ha! And then it worked pretty well to get a little bitty weed flower. A hold out or late bloomer. Ha!

Nikon D5300 with 18-55VR II Len Kit - No Longer Available

Re: Nikon D5300 with 18-55VR II Len Kit @RocketCowboy Boy are you confusing the heck out of me. How many D5300's and other things do you have for sale and all with the same shutter count, but a different price. ;) :playful:

Wow @nikonpup. What is the problem with them? If you said somewhere on the forum, I must have missed it. Either way, not good news.

    Cwgrizz's 366 in 2016

Oct. 12, 2016 I like these clouds and the wind generators along the landscape, however I think I learned something. I knew at 11mm there would be some lens distortion, but I figured I would be able to correct it. The software that I have available to do it when it is this extreme is...

    Cwgrizz's 366 in 2016

Oct. 12, 2016 Before After adding a desaturated layer I'm not sure which I like best. At first I liked the colors of the first, but then I like the naturalness of the second. Any opinions are welcome and I won't charge you to post them. :encouragement:

    October 2016 Assignment... "OLD"

Entry #2 Another attempt at playing with the "Off Camera" flash. This is a Vegetable Peeler. The patent was applied for October 6, 1902 and was granted February 9, 1904. I found an advertisement in a 1904 magazine for this paring knife.

    October 2016 Assignment... "OLD"

Entry #1 This is the result of playing around with a little bit of flash photography. I am trying to learn how to set and use off camera flash. I'm not sure if you would call this "OLD" or not. If you do, then I guess I am also old because it was made between 1948 & 1953 (So was I. Ha!). It...
