Only thing I saw today except the Kestrel on the same pole, so decided I would give it a rest. Ha! This Curve-billed thrasher fills my day. Ha!

Later in the day, I walked back to the mailbox to pick up the mail and I guess the Kestrel took over "his" spot.
But got nervous and flew off as I approached.

This Hawk was found on the pole where the Kestrel usually is found when taking my morning walk.
This was also a little test to see how camera settings would change the outcome.

Cochise Stronghold. The rocky area in the center of the photo is where Cochise and his braves were able to evade capture for quite awhile. They could bounce back and forth from one side of the mountain range to the other.
