Will Nikon ever give us AF fine tune for zoom lenses?

Everything I read states 50x which for the 24-120 is around 20 feet. That is a small target to focus on and I had good luck with it. I shot real world with it today and was pretty happy with the results.

    Too many choices

My normal walk-around lens for my D7100 is the 18-140. Lately though I have been thinking I need a faster everyday zoom. Something like a 2.8. What are my choices in a fast zoom? Brand is not important as long as the IQ is good. 24-70 mm · f/2.8 just does not seem long enough 70-200 mm ·...

"Then we push you to a Raynox 250, but that is for another day LOL" This quote is from our very own Moab Man in a different thread. I have seen others talk about this but really how good is it really? DCR-250 Super Macro conversion lens for D-SLR camera $75 so just how good can it be? And...

    Nikon D90 and Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 DiII

I have a chance to buy this for a very good deal. The camera I really don't care about but it only has 11,000 clicks on it so it might be worth something but my real goal is the Tamron 17-50mm f2.8 DiII. Does anyone know anything about this lens and how good is the quality. I have been running...

    You're Using Your Camera Wrong...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=175&v=ChKzHBLffho The really sad part of this is I actually met a person who believed this process (or lack of it). I took a photography class at a university in the 1970s. I should have known better since it was through the art department. One of the art majors...

Works pretty good. they are almost the same focus so not a great improvement The corners are where it did not completely overlap. You could fill in that area pretty easy though. This was done in Photoshop CC Focus Stacking Made Easy with Photoshop - Tuts+ Photo & Video Article
