Just received my D7000 and it is such a fantastic camera. Great weight and great photos. Just for haha's I printed the focus test sheet online and tried it out to see if there was and front and back focus issues and seems all is well. Going to bed a happy man tonight.

Can anyone recommend a great aftermarket grip for the D7000 or should I just wait and get the factory one? I've read some reviews that the Meike grips tray falls out and the the contacts cause the camera to start operating abnormally. Thanks

After weeks of trying to decide what camera I wanted to purchase, I finally pulled the trigger on this fine camera body. It offers everything I wanted. I was hesitant at first because of the "focusing issues" but I can go in camera to try and rectify this.
