Two other changes i played with are pinpoint focus and dropped the frame rate to three frames per second, tried it on a small target against a busy background. -

Stuck again with crap light and needed to check other things so i decided to go out, like focus mode, AF fine-tune, focus point selection, all these things and more i can play with in poor light, i did however get this at ISO 32000 -
