I have a D80 and a D7100 I have a Tamron 18-270mm zoom and the Tamron 150-600mm zoom I am going whale watching on Friday. I'd like to try the 150-600mm zoom out but want to take the 18-270mm zoom as back up in case I find I can't handle the weight against boat movement with the 150-600 lens...
