While the subject is about taking action shots here are a few of the bike races I shot last weekend. I had it set to 39 AF Points, M, F4, Continuous High, and I think the 70-200f2.8 VRII did a phenominal job!!!

This one kind of works for me the only downfall was that I had to crop it so small I lost a lot of resolution, at first you could really make out that it was me in the eye of the dog then after crop it kind of went to crap! LOL. Thanks

Here are a couple more.....as I continue to use this lens I somewhat discover that I sort of favor my Tamron 70-300mm f4-5.6 a little bit more becuase mainly when the Tamron VC kicks in it really locks where as the Nikon kind of wobbles around in the view finder and doesn't really lock on to...
